Had a good day today, Veteran's Day. With the holiday, I had several visitors who were off work for the day. Our friend Robin, came to visit in the morning and my sisters Carol and Rachel, and my niece Laura came to visit for the day. Thanks guys for visiting.
Another good day, with a little longer walk and higher readings (1500 to 1750 regularly) on my Spirometer. Little steps and getting better each day.
